Samples Policy:

For Samples, we have the following two policies

1) You can place a full order and ask for the free samples first if your quantity is up to or greater than 1000 (Not in every case).
2) If you want the samples before the order then you have to the pay the shipping fee that is approximately $100 for the customers of the USA and Canada.

Refund Policy:

Before every order, we send a file to every customer that is named as “Final Specs Sheet”. After the approval of this sheet and confirmation of the payment, we start our printing process. You are only eligible for a refund if your product or anything is against/opposed to the final specs sheet that you have approved on your own.

If you have any issue in your order you have to inform us within 3 days (after receiving your order)

Payment:

For the payment, we mostly use ‘PayPal’. Another option is the cashier’s check and you can send it to our company address.

We will start every printing process after the conformation of the payment. Full payment of the order must be cleared before the start of the printing process.
